Refrigeration Condensing Units For Commercial Refrigeration Freezer Cold Room
CONDENSING UNIT ADVANTAGE:
1. High efficiency, Good reliability, Low noise, Low vibration, No leakage.
2. Wide range of application : The Compressor uses R22 as refrigerant. R134a, R404a, R407b and R407c are also approved. R12 and R502 are not suggested due to the international environment protection requirement. The machine can be used at a low or high condensing temperature.
3. Excellent performance : The compressor has a scientific structure design, strictly chosen material and precise procession and it is strictly inspected.
4. Reliable safety device : The compressor is equipped with motor protector and discharge temperature monitor to prevent the overheat of the motor and the compressor and the operation beyond approved application pressure.
Characteristics:
1.Condensing unit for medium & high temperature (environment +12oC~ -10 oC)
2.Condensing unit for low temperature & frozen environment (-10 oC ~ -30 oC)
3.Equipped with YEMOO semi-hermetic piston compressor
4.Air cooled condensers are punched by high velocity ram machine. Folded by secondary operation :condenser coils are expanded by mechanical tube expansion to obtain high heat exchanging capacity.
5.Shell &tube water condensers use high efficient wire-whorled copper pipes which can highly increase condensers’ heat exchanging efficient. Take small volume and keep light weight All condensers are produced and inspected strictly based on “Pressure Vessel of Refrigeration equipment” to ensure products’ quality.
6.Equipped with well-known brand of refrigeration parts:
1)Normal configuration: filter drier, solenoid valve, double pressure controller, high & low pressure meter.
2)Standard configuration :vibration absorber, oil separator, filter drier, sight glass. solenoid valve, double pressure controller, high & low pressure meter.
7.We offer additional parts to meet your special requests.
